    • Subject: Adding/Managing Account Users
      • Question: How do my new users confirm their accounts and access Ranx?
        • Answer: After you add a new User on the Manage Users page, the new User will receive an account confirmation message to the email address you provide. After clicking the confirm account link they will be directed to set their account password add an SMS capable phone number if they choose. Once complete, they will have full access to your Ranx subscription and any existing surveys in your account.
      • Question: How do I add a new user to my account?
        • Answer: If you have a Business or Enterprise subscription you can use the Manage Users page to add/delete/update your account users.
    • Subject: Using Templates
      • Question: How do I add a template survey to my account so I can edit and/or deploy it?
        • Answer: Visit the Templates page to find and preview available templates. Select the Copy button of a desired Template and it will be copied to your account for editing and deploying. If you need help designing a new Survey or Template, please submit a question/request via the FAQ page and we will get to work.
